Having founded Proximo in 2019, Yafit provides top-tier financial services to high-growth companies, guiding them through critical milestones such as capital raising and IPOs. Previously, Yafit held CFO positions at various organizations, including Tiltan System Engineering and Dentsply Sirona Regenerative Solutions, overseeing financial operations and reporting systems. Yafit also serves as an external director at Matrix and continues to advise multiple high-tech firms as a board member. Yafit holds multiple degrees in Business and Finance, including an MBA from The College of Management Academic Studies.
