Andrea Black

Andrea Black currently serves as COO at Matrix, a role assumed in January 2024. Prior to this, Andrea held multiple positions at Catalant Technologies from October 2015 to March 2023, including Senior Vice President, Head of Strategy & Operations, and General Manager of the Marketplace. Additionally, Andrea was a Venture Partner at NextGen Venture Partners from 2017 to 2023 and worked as Associate Director, Head of Marketing for Joss & Main at Wayfair from 2012 to 2015. Early in the career, Andrea gained experience as a consultant at Nisolo, an associate at Cowen and Company, and an associate at Hall Capital Partners LLC. Education includes an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Psychology from the University of Southern California.
