Philipp Rusch

Philipp Rusch has extensive work experience in the finance and investment banking industry. Philipp is currently the VP Finance at Matrix Renewables, a position they have held since May 2022. Previously, they worked as the CFO at TREECYCLE starting in 2018, and as a Director of Finance at Origis Energy from 2019 to 2022. Before that, they served as the VP M&A at Sonnedix from 2016 to 2019, and as the Managing Director at Hyperion Energy Partners from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they held the role of Director, Principal Investments at ThomasLloyd Group from 2007 to 2014. Philipp began their career as an Associate in M&A at UniCredit Markets & Investment Banking in 2004, and prior to that, they worked as an Analyst at Credit Suisse. Philipp also gained experience as a Summer Analyst in M&A at Ernst & Young in 2002.

Philipp Rusch obtained a Master's degree in Finance and Capital Markets from the University of St.Gallen, where they studied from 1997 to 2002. Philipp acquired additional certifications in the financial industry, including the Series 24 in April 2010 and the Series 63 and Series 7 in April 2008, all from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
