Santiago Molina Mayo has extensive experience in the finance industry, particularly in investment and structured finance. Santiago is currently the Head of Investments EMEA & LATAM at Matrix Renewables since March 2021. Prior to this role, Santiago served as the Managing Director Europe at Sunco Capital from January 2020 to March 2021, where they also worked in structured finance and M&A from January 2019 to January 2020. Santiago was previously the Head of Structured Finance and M&A - Middle East and Africa at Fotowatio Renewable Ventures (FRV) from June 2016 to December 2018. Santiago also worked in structured finance and M&A at SunEdison from March 2014 to May 2016. Santiago began their career at PwC, where they held the position of Senior Manager PwC Corporate Finance from September 2006 to March 2014.

Santiago Molina Mayo received a Licenciado degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Pontificia Comillas. Prior to that, they attended Santa Maria del Mar, Jesuitas, A Coruña from 1984 to 1998.
