Arnaud Alberts

Arnaud Alberts has extensive experience in product management and customer success. Arnaud is currently serving as the Head of Customer Success & Product at Matrix Requirements since 2022. In this role, they focus on maintaining growth and facilitating the scale-up of the startup while aligning with the company's mission and vision to help medical device companies with their documentation needs. Prior to their current role, Arnaud worked as a Growth Manager at Matrix Requirements, starting in 2018.

Before joining Matrix Requirements, Arnaud worked at Test-Aankoop / Test-Achats as a Product Manager Health from 2014 to 2018. And prior to that, they held various positions at Advanced Medical Diagnostics SA, including Product Manager from 2012 to 2014, Application Specialist from 2009 to 2012, and Quality Assurance Engineer from 2007 to 2009.

From 2001 to 2006, Arnaud Alberts attended the Université libre de Bruxelles, where they earned an Engineer's Degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering.
