Heidi Hill

Heidi Hill is an experienced operations analyst currently managing multifamily operations at RangeWater Real Estate since January 2018, overseeing a significant portfolio across 9 states with 150 client sites. In addition to this role, Heidi has served as an operational specialist at Matrix Residential and held the position of senior property manager at Fairfield Residential, where responsibilities included managing a $135 million portfolio and achieving consistent occupancy and rent growth. Prior to that, Heidi was a community manager at The Worthing Companies, effectively overseeing Class A properties and liaising with local law enforcement. Heidi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
