Dylan Kelly

Dylan Kelly is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the RF and analog electronics industry, currently serving as a Board Advisor for Matrix Sensors, focusing on indoor air quality monitoring. As Principal at Kelly & Associates, LLC, Dylan leads a consulting group that assists clients with M&A, market strategy, product development, and supply chain management. Previously, at Resonant Inc., Dylan held the position of President and COO, driving corporate strategy and investor engagement. During tenure at pSemi, Dylan managed a $250M RF business and a global team of 600. At Peregrine Semiconductor, Dylan established the Mobile Wireless business unit, significantly increasing sales. Early career experience includes a role at Motorola as an RFIC Design Engineer Intern. Dylan holds a BSEE and MSEE from The University of Texas at Austin and UC San Diego, respectively, along with executive leadership training from the Sullivan Coaching Programs.
