Luiz G. Amarante Jr., MBA has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Starting in 1997, they worked as a Maintenance and Projects Controller at Bradesco Seguros. In 1998, they worked as a Consultant at ACA, focusing on process integration management in mergers and acquisitions and implementing ERP, CRM, and web systems. In 2002, they joined Banco Santander as a Senior Project Manager, playing a key role in the merge and acquisition between Santander Brazil and BANESPA. Luiz G. later became the General Manager, overseeing business planning and marketing campaigns in the Middle Market - Corporate Banking. Luiz G. also managed the structured loan operations. In the same year, they briefly worked as a Commercial Consultant at Triacom - Vivo Empresas. From 2008 to 2018, Luiz served in multiple roles at Odebrecht Engenharia & Construção, such as Business Development Director, Project Controls General Manager, Project Controls Manager, and International Operations Manager. Currently, Luiz is the Director of Business Development, International Markets at Matrix Service Company, a position they have held since 2019.
