Martin Ledezma

Martin Ledezma has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Martin is currently working as the Director of Business Development Systems at Matrix Service Company since February 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Proposals at Matrix Service from October 2019 to February 2022. Before joining Matrix Service, Martin worked at WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, where they were a Senior Proposal Manager from May 2014 to October 2016. Martin also worked as a Marketing & Proposal Manager at Fluor from August 2006 to April 2014. Martin's earlier experience includes roles such as Vice President of Marketing and AVP of Marketing at United Agribusiness League from November 2001 to August 2006, and Membership Services Representative from November 2000 to November 2001. Martin started their career at Pacific Life as a New Business Analyst - Variable Annuities from August 1997 to October 2000. Throughout their career, Martin has demonstrated expertise in proposal management, marketing, business development, and leading strategic efforts.
