Darlene Aleksza

Darlene Aleksza has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Darlene started their career as a Medical Biller at Cape May County Health Department, where they reduced accounts receivables and implemented a new software system. Darlene then joined Allscripts, where they held various roles including HSG Account Management, Education & Technical Publications Lead, Product Specialist, and Implementation/Project Management Consultant. During their time at Allscripts, they increased customer loyalty and implemented strategic initiatives. Darlene later worked at HEALTHCAREfirst as a Hospice Specialist, where they increased brand exposure through social media and acted as an industry expert. At Brightree, they served as a Director of Account Management and Senior Product Manager, leading customer support teams, inside sales, and developing customer loyalty programs. Darlene'smost recent experience is at MatrixCare, where they held roles as Associate Director and Director of Product Management, responsible for building superior solutions and identifying business needs.

Darlene Aleksza attended Wake Technical Community College from 2007 to 2008, studying Business Administration. Darlene also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Allscripts Healthcare in 2008.
