Lynn G. Peters

Lynn G. Peters is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational leadership and transformation within various industries. Currently serving as the Chief of Staff & Head of Business Transformation at MatrixCare since March 2021, Lynn has previously held several key positions, including Senior Director of Customer Experience at Sonova, where successful leadership resulted in significant sales growth and reduced call volumes. Lynn also has a strong background in human resources, having directed teams at companies such as Sleep Number and Eaton Corporation, focusing on organizational change management and strategic HR partnerships.
