Doug Rogers II

Doug Rogers II is a Senior Manager in Client Solutions at Matrix Technologies, Inc., with extensive experience in the heavy industrial sector as a project engineer and electrical engineer since May 2015. Currently, Doug also serves as a Client Solutions Manager at BASF, having transitioned from a Capital Project Manager role within the same company from July 2017 to January 2020. Prior to these positions, Doug held the role of 3D CAD Instructor at The University of Toledo from January 2017 to November 2018. Doug's career began at LeanTrak, Inc., where responsibilities included designing and constructing facilities in the petroleum industry. Additionally, Doug gained hands-on experience in refractory labor at Empire Refractory Services from November 2008 to October 2014. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toledo, earned in 2015.
