Nicole Baldwin

Nicole Baldwin has extensive experience in engineering project management across various industries, currently serving as the Department Manager for the Engineering Service Division at Matrix Technologies, Inc. since February 2012, while also fulfilling the role of Project Manager. Key responsibilities include overseeing multi-discipline projects in sectors such as chemical, pharmaceutical, and food processing, ensuring adherence to quality standards, schedules, and budgets. Previous roles span consulting and project management positions at notable companies including Sandoz and Amgen, as well as a significant tenure at Roche Pharmaceuticals, where innovative solutions for environmental compliance and process optimization were implemented. Nicole's early career included engineering roles at Cabot Corporation and Archer Daniels Midland, where process improvements and safety programs were developed. Nicole holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
