Carlos Hernandez has over 20 years of experience in sales and business development roles. Carlos began their career in 1999 as the Director of Sales at CTSI/ Commonwealth Telephone/ Frontier Communications, a telecommunications company operating in competitive markets throughout Pennsylvania. During their time there, they were responsible for delivering 33% of the company's total net annual revenue and 35% of the company's net Main Access Line budget. In 2007, they moved to TESSCO Technologies as a Business Development Manager, where they developed a portfolio of unassigned/drop off accounts into $250,000+ in gross revenue. After four months, they were promoted to Key Accounts Business Development. In 2008, they were appointed General Manager of Primus Telecommunications Inc in Puerto Rico, where they led the entire staff and managed a $9M annual market. In 2014, they joined Amphenol Times Fiber as the Director of Business Development, where they were responsible for sales and business development initiatives. In 2016, they were promoted to Director of Business Development DAS and Small Cell Solutions at Amphenol. In 2017, they were promoted again to Vice President of Sales and Marketing North America at Amphenol Antenna Solutions. In 2019, they moved to Quintel as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, where they were responsible for Sales & Marketing strategy and execution plans for Quintel's macro base station antenna product. In 2022, they moved to Drilling Mining Concepts as the Vice President of Sales and to MatSing as the Director of Key Account Sales: Verizon.
Carlos Hernandez attended Norwich University from 1988-1992, where they received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
