Ægir Már Jónsson has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. Ægir Már began as an IT Technician for the Town of Kópavogur, then moved on to become a Teaching Assistant at Reykjavik University. In 2016, they held two positions, as a Software Specialist for Valitor hf and a Front-end Developer for Code North. In 2017, they became Co founder & CTO for Vefsíðugerðin. Ægir Már then worked as a Software Developer for Dohop from 2018 to 2021, before becoming a Senior Software Developer for Futurice in 2021. Most recently, they were hired as a Senior Frontend Developer for Matsmart - Motatos in 2022.
Ægir Már Jónsson obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Reykjavik University between 2013 and 2016.
