Joakim Aglo

Joakim Aglo has worked in the IT industry since 2011. Joakim began their career at CGI as an IT Consultant (Quality Assurance), where they had various roles including Test Lead, Tester, Business Analyst, and Defect Manager. In 2016, they moved to H&M, where they served as both a Product Owner and Business Solution Analyst, and a Requirements Analyst at the buying office. In 2018, they joined Sportamore as an E-Commerce Product Owner, where they were responsible for prioritizing and planning all development initiatives on Sportamore's websites. Joakim is currently employed at Matsmart Scandinavia AB as an E-Commerce Product Owner.

Joakim Aglo obtained a Degree of Master in Business Economics, IT, and Management from Södertörn University between 2006 and 2010. Joakim also obtained an IT and Management degree from KTH Royal Institute of Technology during the same time period. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including a SAFe Practitioner (SP) from Scaled Agile, Inc. in April 2016, a Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in September 2015, and an ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in January 2015.
