Nick Pemberton

Nick Pemberton is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering. Currently serving as a Sr. Project Manager at MATT Construction since January 2023, Nick has previously held significant roles such as Project Executive for high-profile modernization projects with Kemp Bros. Construction Inc., including the $163 million Thomas Jefferson High School project and the $140 million Grover Cleveland High School project. With a background as Engineering Manager at Dart Enterprises, overseeing the $300 million Kimpton Seafire Resort project, and previous positions at CMF Inc., Fluor Corporation, and Walt Disney Imagineering, Nick has demonstrated expertise in managing complex projects, negotiating change orders, and enhancing operational efficiencies. Nick holds an MBA from the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business and a B.S. in Construction Management from the University of Florida.
