Walter Gruver

Walter Gruver, CRIS, has extensive experience in operations administration and project management within the construction industry. Since July 1998, Walter has held various roles at MATT Construction, currently serving as Manager of Operations Administration, overseeing a team that supports over $400M in construction projects annually and leading initiatives related to enterprise systems and project documentation. Prior roles included Project Administration Manager and Project Administrator, where responsibilities encompassed team management, subcontractor agreements, and project documentation. Before MATT Construction, Walter held several positions at Wherehouse Entertainment, Inc., progressing from Sales Associate to Co-Op Advertising Coordinator while managing staff and ensuring operational efficiency. Walter earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from UC Irvine from 1990 to 1994.
