Andrea Gannon is an experienced Human Resources professional with a focus on the Asia Pacific region. Since July 2017, Andrea has served as the HR Director for Mattel, Inc., leading HR initiatives across a diverse geographic area that includes Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Malaysia, Indonesia, India, China, and export markets. Prior to this role, Andrea held various HR leadership positions, including Director of Human Resources for the IT Software Industry, where responsibilities included establishing the People & Culture function pre-IPO, and Head of People & Culture at Vocation, which involved creating alignment plans for merging organizations. Andrea's extensive experience also includes a significant tenure at Aegis Services Australia, where responsibilities encompassed managing talent acquisition and corporate social responsibility. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Commerce & Administration from Victoria University, majoring in Industrial Relations & Management.
