Chandra Hicks is an experienced professional in product design, specializing in action figures and toy design. Currently serving as the Director of Product Design for Action Figures at Mattel, Inc. since June 2008, Chandra has held various roles within the company including Senior Manager and Design Manager for Barbie, as well as Project Designer and Senior Designer. Previous experience includes a design internship at Spin Master Ltd. focusing on boys' action figure brands, a teaching assistant role at Otis College of Art and Design, and a hardlines design internship at The Disney Store. Chandra holds a BA in Toy Design from Otis College of Art and Design and an AA in General Education from Orange Coast College.
