Chandra Miller is a seasoned people strategy professional and I/O psychologist with a focus on organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as the Director of People & Culture Business Partner at Mattel, Inc., they work closely with business leaders to align talent and culture priorities with organizational goals. Chandra's previous roles include Human Capital Consultant at Deloitte and Manager of People & Org at Boston Consulting Group, where they provided expert insights on organizational design and performance improvement. They hold a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Roosevelt University and a Certificate in HR Management and Analytics from The Wharton School. Chandra is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Arizona State University.
