Genet Abebe Haile

Genet Abebe Haile serves as the Head of People and Culture at Mastercard Foundation since January 2023. Prior to this role, Genet held the position of Human Resource Director at Dashen Breweries S.C. from September 2014 to January 2023. Earlier experience includes serving as the Head of Human Resource & Organizational Development at ActionAid Ethiopia from February 2012 to August 2014, and as Country Human Resource Manager at Coca Cola Sabco EABSC from 2006 to 2012. Genet earned an MBA between 2011 and 2013.
