Cindy Liu

Cindy (Kuan-Hua) Liu is a seasoned IT professional specializing in supply chain management, currently serving as a Senior IT Manager at Mattel, Inc. since January 2019. With a progressive career at TOMS, Cindy has held various roles, including Supply Planning Process Engineer and SAP MM Lead, where strategic IT solutions were developed to enhance supply chain efficiency. A former SAP MM Analyst at TOMS, significant contributions included the implementation of A/R process improvements that resulted in reduced manual processing time.
