Courtney Dusenberry

Courtney Dusenberry is an experienced project manager and production designer with a strong background in the entertainment industry. Currently serving as Lead Project Manager at Mattel, Inc. since July 2019, Courtney previously held the role of Project Manager at the same company. In addition to this, Courtney has worked as a freelance Production Designer and Producer since January 2013 and was the Assistant Technical Director for Kaiser Permanente Education Theater Programs from January 2016 to July 2019, supporting technical aspects of multiple traveling shows. Earlier career experience includes serving as Project and Development Coordinator at Poetic Kinetics, Inc. from February 2014 to December 2015. Educational qualifications include a Master of Fine Arts in Producing for Film and Television from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Occidental College.
