Jordan Walbesser

Jordan Walbesser serves as the Director of Legal & Business Affairs at Mattel, Inc., where responsibilities include leading counsel on Digital Gaming, AI, Web3, and Blockchain matters, along with drafting and negotiating various agreements. In addition, Jordan holds a position as Counsel at BootSector, working to empower and support local entrepreneurs in Western New York, and serves as an Adjunct Instructor at the University at Buffalo School of Law, supervising law students in providing legal advice on intellectual property. Previous experience includes a Senior Associate role at Hodgson Russ LLP, where technology transactions and licensing agreements were a focus, as well as earlier positions related to intellectual property and engineering. Jordan earned a JD from the University at Buffalo School of Law and a BS in Computer Engineering from the University at Buffalo.
