Kaitlyn Cullen

Kaitlyn Cullen has a comprehensive background in event management and trade show services, currently serving as Manager of Trade Show Services at Mattel, Inc. since August 2019, with a progressive career path that includes roles from Associate Manager to Project Manager. Prior to Mattel, Kaitlyn gained extensive experience at Bisnow as Senior Event Coordinator for the West Coast, managing logistics for 120 conferences annually. Previous positions include Social Sales Coordinator at The Plaza Hotel, where responsibilities encompassed managing social events, and Dining Room Manager at The Apawamis Club, overseeing food and beverage operations. Kaitlyn began their career with an internship at Meals on Wheels Delaware, focusing on event and public relations. Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant, & Institutional Management with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Delaware.
