Pamela Velarde is an accomplished marketing executive with extensive experience in omni-channel retail and customer marketing. Currently serving as Chief Member at Chief since March 2022, Pamela has held multiple significant roles at Mattel, Inc. since April 2010, including Vice President of Omni-channel Retail Marketing and various senior director and manager positions focused on customer and global marketing for brands such as Barbie. Prior to Mattel, Pamela worked as a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group and held engineering positions at Skyworks Solutions, Inc. Pamela holds an MBA from The Wharton School, as well as a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from UC Irvine.
