Rafal Wlodyka has extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management, currently serving as the Central European Distribution Center Manager at Mattel, Inc. since October 2018, overseeing warehouse flows, 3PL supervision, logistics procurement, and compliance in the DACH & EEMEA regions. Prior to this role, Rafal held various positions at Mattel from 2005 to 2017, including Associated Manager for the Turkish and Greek Distribution Centers and Supply Chain Supervisor for EEMEA, where responsibilities included optimization of logistics services, customs supervision, and regional customization. Earlier career experience includes a Sales Manager role at DMS Sp. z o.o. and a Buyer Assistant position at real,- Sp. z o.o. Rafal holds a postgraduate degree in Business Process Management from Akademia Leona Koźmińskiego and has a strong educational background from LZA Promni and the University of Warsaw.
