Ramon Primicias

Ramon Primicias is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in quality management and product integrity, currently serving as Sr. Director at Mattel, Inc. since June 2000. In this role, Ramon oversees the global laboratory network responsible for testing and certifying products to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Previous positions at Mattel included Director of Global Quality Labs and Senior Manager of Product Integrity, where responsibilities encompassed the development of quality and safety procedures, supplier and vendor certifications, and presentations to executive management. Prior to joining Mattel, Ramon held roles in quality and process engineering at HITCO Carbon Composites and Warmelin Precision Products after earning a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
