Rebecca Waxman

Rebecca Waxman is a Sr. Marketing Associate specializing in Global Brand Marketing for Barbie at Mattel, Inc. since June 2021, and previously held various roles within American Girl including Marketing Associate and Senior Promotions & Marketing Coordinator. Prior experience includes serving as Co-Chair for UCSB First, where responsibilities involved managing fundraising and marketing strategies while engaging with the student body through events and social media. Earlier internships in public relations at Blast PR and Spotlight Group Agency contributed to expertise in media relations and advertising, alongside collaborative roles in nonprofits like Teddy Bear Cancer Foundation. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
