Roberto Isaias is Executive Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer of Mattel. Roberto, who was appointed to the role in February 2019, oversees all aspects of Mattel’s Supply Chain including Engineering, Logistics and Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Safety and Quality. Under Roberto’s leadership, Mattel has made transformative improvements across the Company’s supply chain, reducing costs and time-to-market while also improving service to retailers.

During Roberto’s nearly 20-year career at Mattel, he has held a variety of leadership roles in Latin America and has been instrumental in establishing Mattel as the largest toy company in the region.* Prior to being named Chief Supply Chain Officer, Roberto spent five years as Managing Director and Senior Vice President of Latin America. Previously, Roberto served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Spanish Latin America, overseeing all of Mattel’s operations in Latin America except Brazil. Earlier in his career, Roberto spent 12 years at Procter & Gamble in various commercial and supply chain leadership roles.

Roberto has a proven track record of, as well as a passion for, talent development and has focused on building high-performing teams in every role he has held.

Roberto is a graduate of Universidad Anáhuac with a degree in engineering and holds an MBA. from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey. He is certified in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) by the Japanese Institute of Plant Maintenance.
