Tiffney Powell

Tiffney Powell is a seasoned manager at Mattel, Inc. since February 2020, currently overseeing the Hot Wheels Adult Collector Portfolio, which emphasizes a consumer-first approach to product development and marketing. In this role, Tiffney has cultivated partnerships with key licensors in the Automotive and Entertainment industries to create innovative products for mass retail and direct-to-consumer sales. Previously, Tiffney managed the global Hot Wheels Licensed Entertainment portfolio, successfully launching various award-winning lines such as the Mario Kart Replica Die-cast series. Tiffney's extensive career includes over a decade at Paramount Pictures, where roles spanned from Sr. Manager of Brand Strategy to various assistant positions, alongside early experience as an Office Assistant at Boston University College of Fine Arts. Tiffney holds an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business, a Pre-MBA Certificate from UCLA Extension, and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of Southern California, with additional studies in Korean Language and Literature at Ewha Womans University.
