Mike Qin, CPA, CA, currently serves as the VP of Finance at Mattel163 since September 2024. Previously, from February 2022 to March 2025, Mike was the CFO for the MESAA Region at Cainiao Network, a subsidiary of Alibaba Group, focusing on global delivery logistics. Mike's extensive finance experience includes roles such as Head of Finance at Evolve Biologics and FP&A Lead at Atlas Corp. Additionally, a significant tenure at Alcon involved senior finance management and enhancing business planning processes. Earlier career highlights include serving as a Senior Analyst/Acting Manager at Novartis, where Mike led compliance initiatives, and as a Senior Staff Accountant at EY, handling audits for diverse sectors and managing teams.
