Arndt Rautenberg

Arndt Rautenberg is the Founder and Managing Partner of Rautenberg & Company, established in 2014 to provide specialized advisory services for financial sponsors. In addition to leading Rautenberg & Company, Rautenberg holds advisory and board positions in several organizations, including metrofibre, Saudi Telecom Company, vitroconnect GmbH, and Acernis. Rautenberg Capital GmbH, a family office and investment firm focusing on digital infrastructure and technology, was also founded by Rautenberg in 2011. Previous leadership roles include Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Protection One GmbH and various positions on advisory boards for dtms GmbH and Materna GmbH. Educational qualifications include studies at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, and participation in the Executive Summer Program at Harvard Business School.
