Hai Cheng

Dr. Hai Cheng is an accomplished professional in the telecommunications sector with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Geschäftsführer at HCBB GmbH since 2005, Dr. Cheng has also held significant positions such as Vorstand at 1&1 Versatel from 2005 to 2012, and Geschäftsführer at Tropolys from 2000 to 2005. Prior to these roles, Dr. Cheng was the CTO at VEW Telnet from 1997 to 2000 and a Senior Consultant at Detecon International GmbH from 1991 to 1997. Dr. Cheng earned a Dr.-Ing. degree in Nachrichtentechnik from Ruhr University Bochum, where studies spanned from 1985 to 1991.
