Austin Sohr's work experience begins in 2010 when they worked as a Process Excellence Analyst at Asurion. Then, in 2013, they joined Forsythe Technology as a Product Support Engineer. Within the same year, they also started working at XSOLIS as an Executive Director, a role they held until 2021. Currently, Sohr serves as the President and Co-founder of Matter Health, a value-based Primary Care practice focused on improving senior healthcare through technology, healthcare, and community.
