Manoj Kandpal

Manoj Kandpal has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Manoj is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Operations & Program Management at Matter and Matter Energy since 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Strategy & Program Management at Matter from 2021 to 2023. Before joining Matter, Manoj worked at Ashok Leyland, where they held multiple roles including Senior Manager of Program Management - Strategic Initiatives, Manager- Lead Product Development, and Deputy Manager of Program Management and Operations from 2010 to 2020. Manoj also worked as a Summer Intern at Tata Motors in 2009. In 2020, they served as the Secretary of the Speaker Series Committee at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.

Manoj Kandpal holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Kumaon Engineering College, which they obtained from 2006 to 2010. Manoj then pursued further education and completed a Business Leadership Development Program at XLRI Jamshedpur from 2018 to 2019. Recently, in 2021, they obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Additionally, Manoj has obtained various certifications in fields such as data science, lean six sigma, business analytics, accounting, innovation, artificial intelligence, and product management.
