Mohal Lalbhai, Founder and CEO at Matter, is leading and reinventing the adoption of electric technologies in India. Mohal founded Matter in January 2019 and the proof of his brilliance lies in the fact that within two years of it’s advent, Matter is developing solutions and technology platforms across the entire electric ecosystem.

A serial entrepreneur, he has enduring interest in cutting edge technologies, Mohal began his professional journey in 2014 by setting up a business in the composite materials space. This abiding interest in technology and the focus on innovation then led him to the inception of Matter.

Today, Mohal is responsible for overseeing the direction and organisational strategy of the company, ably assisted by a team of 90 plus engineers who share his vision of building the start-up into a dynamic organisation at the forefront of technological innovation. Matter is strongly focused on the mass adoption of sustainable electric technologies that meet the needs of India – across both consumer and enterprise segments alike.
