For Saran, someone who understands the company in every aspect, design is the driver of change, and he believes that tackling design in a truly integrated way that is elevating strategy, delivering unmet user needs, and surging employee impact is the way forward to ensuring Matter delivers sustainable solutions to its customers.

In his previous role, Saran was the Chief Design Officer at Ethereal Machines, where he was responsible for the development and execution of all design and design-driven innovation aspects of the company. Under his leadership the company was awarded CES Best of Innovation award in 2018.

With a formal education in Architecture and professional experience in designing spaces, products, and experiences, his work at Matter focuses on the integration of art and technology to break the boundaries between products and services into integrated experiences. He believes that at Matter we are forging new paths to transformation.
