Shweta Pawar is an accomplished software engineering professional with extensive experience in real-time systems, electric vehicle battery technology, and software project leadership. Currently serving as the VP of Software - Real Time Systems and General Manager - Software & Controls at Matter from August 2023 to March 2024, Shweta previously held the position of Divisional Manager / Group Leader for EV Battery at Chetak Technology Ltd from August 2022 to July 2023. Shweta's career includes significant roles at Eaton as a Software Project Lead for eMobility, where responsibilities encompassed leading product development for bi-directional inverter/charger systems, and at Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions as a Technical Specialist, focusing on battery management systems and algorithm development.
