Aimee Reimao Remote Work

Aimee Reimao is a highly experienced People Operations Specialist and Remote Work Consultant, currently working with Matter Labs and running Aimee Remote Work Consulting. Aimee's expertise includes strategic people operations, onboarding, and the development of effective recruitment processes. Prior roles featured leadership positions at Composable Finance and CoinLedger, where Aimee implemented key HR processes and managed recruitment cycles for remote teams. Additional experience includes community management at D-Core, operations analysis at Execu Group, and social media planning for various organizations. Aimee holds a Postgraduate Degree Honours in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources from Stellenbosch University.
