Alex Gluchowski

Alex Gluchowski has over 17 years of work experience in software engineering and development. Alex started their career in 2003 as a Junior Software Developer at Design Bureau Electronprylad, where they participated in porting an embedded airplane flight controlling unit to Linux OS. In 2004, they moved to Clarity Ukraine as a Software Developer and led a project of re-engineering an existing ISDN-based telephony system into a VoIP one (SIP). In 2007, they became the Head of Software Engineering at Clarity AG, Bad Homburg, where they led an engineering team of 20 people in Kiev and Ho Chi Minh to develop Clarity Communication Center telephony system. Alex then moved to ExpoGlobus.com in 2011 as CTO. In 2013, they joined Somuchmore GmbH as Co-Founder & CTO, where they created the MVP for the first European network for holistic lifestyle (Java Play, Angular. js) and launched the platform in 4 European countries. In 2015, they became Co-founder & CTO at PaulCamper. In 2017, they joined Entropy Labs as Director R&D. Currently, they are Co-Founder & CEO at Matter Labs.

Alex Gluchowski obtained a Master of Science in Computer Science from Technische Universität Berlin between 2009 and 2011.
