Zoé Gadsden

Zoé Gadsden has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Zoé is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Matter Labs, where they joined as the first non-technical full-time employee and executive hire outside of the founding team. Zoé has been responsible for building the Operations function from scratch for Matter Labs, which focuses on building an Ethereum scaling solution.

Prior to their current role, Zoé worked at Google as part of the Google for Startups team, supporting startup communities in the DACH & Scandinavian regions. Zoé also served as the Head of New Ventures at Tech Open Air, where they played a key role in growing the community, attendance, and revenue.

Zoé has experience in event production and marketing as well. Zoé worked as a Producer at IRL Productions, an engagement brand marketing agency, and as a Production Coordinator at Jack Morton Worldwide, where they managed multiple projects for clients such as King, Samsung, and Google Fiber.
