Johnathan Budd

Johnathan Budd is an experienced investor at Matter Venture Partners since February 2024. Prior to this role, Johnathan held multiple positions at Nuro from June 2018 to January 2024, including Head of Product for Autonomy, Chief of Staff for Software, Head of Technical Program Management for Software, and Technical Program Manager. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Business Analyst and Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company from August 2015 to April 2018, and as a Teaching Fellow at Harvard University from August 2012 to May 2015, coordinating teaching teams and instructing students in machining, modeling, and design. Johnathan also completed an internship at Leidos in the summer of 2014, where responsibilities involved developing technology for government contracts and designing innovative systems. Johnathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Harvard University, earned in 2015.
