QA Engineer at Mattereum

Julian Xeer has a diverse work experience. In 2021, they began working as a QA Engineer at Mattereum, where they tested code for Asset Passports and proprietary command-line tools using GitLab CI/CD. Julian also worked as a Web Developer for Freelance Graphic and Web Design in 2020, building a mobile-responsive web app with HTML, CSS and React JS. In 2021, they became a Teaching Assistant at General Assembly, instructing Software Engineering Bootcamp students in Javascript for both front-end and back-end development. Prior to this, they worked as a Frontend Web Developer for Wakeful from 2018-2021, where they completed client-side components with ReactJS, made user profiles and authentication, and collaborated with a back-end developer. Additionally, Julian has been teaching Himalayan yoga and meditation practices since 2015.

Julian Xeer attended General Assembly in 2019, where they studied Web Development. Julian then attended Hunter College from 2009 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. In September 2019, they obtained a certification in Learning the JavaScript Language from LinkedIn.
