Nils Pihl

Nils Pihl has had a varied career, beginning with a role as Military Police in the Swedish Army from 2005 to 2007. Nils then moved to HansaWorld, where they served as International Channel Manager from 2007 to 2010. In 2010, they founded Mention LLC, an international consulting agency specializing in engagement design and game mechanics. From 2013 to 2017, they were the CEO of Traintracks.io, an award-winning real-time behavioral analytics platform. During this time, they also worked as a Behavioral Engineer & Branding Consultant, specializing in Memetic Engineering. From 2017 to 2018, they were the Director of Data & Business Intelligence at KaiOS Technologies, Inc., where they recruited and managed a team of product managers, engineering talent, data scientists and analysts. From 2019 to 2021, they served as Chief Executive Officer of both Auki Labs and Matterless Studios.

Nils Pihl studied Mandarin at Beijing Language and Culture University from 2009 to 2010. Nils also attended Lund University from 2006 to 2007.
