Mattern, Jr. The firm was established to offer comprehensive civil and sanitary engineering services to public, corporate and governmental agencies. The firm has consistently adhered to its original objectives, and gradually enhanced its staff by adding experts in transportation, structural engineering, surveying, site planning and solid waste.
