Josephine Graves

Josephine Graves began their career in 2011 as a Marketing Coordinator at ISU Insurance Services Centinel Agency. In 2012, they moved to Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP as an Executive Assistant/Analyst for Manatt Health. In 2014, they joined Matternet Inc as Head of People, later taking on the roles of People Lead and Operations & Administration. In 2017, Matternet became the first company in the world to be authorized for commercial BVLOS operations of drone logistics networks over cities in Switzerland.

Josephine Graves obtained their BA in Philosophy from California State University, Fresno in 2010. In 2018, they earned a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Cornell University. Josephine also has two certifications: a Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI obtained in August 2018, and a Human Resources Management certification from eCornell.
