Nicole Joy Elmgart

Nicole Joy Elmgart is a Senior Legal Director and Head of Privacy at Matterport, a leading spatial data company, where responsibilities include overseeing privacy matters since August 2021. Elmgart co-founded Treebath, Inc., offering forest therapy programs while serving as Senior Commercial & Privacy Counsel and Outside Privacy Counsel since October 2017.
