Lisa-Marie Madden

Lisa-Marie Madden is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in credit control. Currently serving as the Credit Control Team Leader at Matthew Algie since April 2023, Lisa-Marie previously held multiple roles at Gallagher from July 2015, including Group Credit Control Assistant Manager, Credit Control Team Leader, and Credit Controller. In these positions, responsibilities included standard credit control tasks, training team members, and producing training manuals while meeting monthly targets and efficiently resolving client queries. Prior to Gallagher, Lisa-Marie worked as a Credit Controller at Voyage Decoration Ltd from September 2010 to June 2015, beginning as a cash posting technician and progressing to Sales Ledger Clerk. Lisa-Marie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of the West of Scotland, completed in 2009.
